VantageProp (the "Service") helps organize landlord compliance workflows. It does not provide legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice. Nothing on the Service is a substitute for a licensed attorney, accountant, insurance broker, or other qualified professional.

No filing agency

The Service does not submit forms to government agencies or insurers on your behalf unless we explicitly ship that feature in writing for a specific integration. You remain solely responsible for timely, accurate filings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for penalties, fines, lost rents, or overcharge claims arising from use of or reliance on the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Human review gate

Before exporting a filing packet, you must confirm that you have reviewed outputs. Exports are logged for accountability.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
